Kent Cooper and Joan E. Cooper, husband and wife, G. Kevin Cooper and Wendie S. Cooper, husband and wife, and Bob Erickson, Inc. , now known as The Erickson Corporation have platted as Cooper' s Second Subdivision Of Ames, Iowa, and have dedicated to the public streets, easements and public ways therein. Firstar Bank Ames (the successor of University Bank & Trust) hereby states that said plat is prepared with its free consent and in accordance with its desires. It also hereby consents to the dedication to the public of all lands within said plat designated for streets, easements , and public ways with its free consent and in accordance with its desires and wishes .
