KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS :
That Firstar Bank Ames (the successor of University Bank &
Trust) is a mortgage holder of and is thereby a lienholder
against a portion of the property that E. Kent Cooper and Joan E.
Cooper, husband and wife, G. Kevin Cooper and Wendie S. Cooper,
husband and wife, and Bob Erickson, Inc. , now known as The
Erickson Corporation have platted as Cooper' s Second Subdivision
Of Ames, Iowa, and have dedicated to the public streets,
easements and public ways therein. Firstar Bank Ames (the
successor of University Bank & Trust) hereby states that said
plat is prepared with its free consent and in accordance with its
desires. It also hereby consents to the dedication to the public
of all lands within said plat designated for streets, easements ,
and public ways with its free consent and in accordance with its
desires and wishes .

On this day of September, 1991 , before me, the
undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the State of Iowa,
personally appeared James R. Michaud, Vice President of Firstar
Bank Ames (the successor of University Bank & Trust) , to me
personally known, who being by me duly sworn, did say that he is
the Vice President of the corporation executing the within the
foregoing instrument, that the seal affixed hereto is the seal of
the corporation; that said instrument was signed on behalf of the
corporation by authority of its Board of Directors; and that
James R. Michaud as Vice President of the corporation
acknowledged the execution of the foregoing instrument to be the
voluntary act and deed of the corporation, by it and by him
voluntarily executed.
