The mortgage given by Cooper Investment Co. to Ames Building and Loan Association under date of May 16, 1977, and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on May 20, 1977, and recorded in Book 132 at Page 386; 2. The mortgage given by Cooper Investment Co. to Ames Savings and Loan Association under date of May 10, 1978, and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on May 17, 1978, and recorded in Book 139 at Page 724; 3. The mortgage given by Evan Kent Cooper and Joan E. Cooper to Ames Savings and Loan Association under date of November 29, 1989, and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on November 29, 1989, and recorded in Book 380 at Page 12; and 4. The mortgage given by Evan Kent Cooper and Joan E. Cooper to Ames Savings and Loan Association under date of November 29, 1989, and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on November 29, 1989, and recorded in Book 380 at Page 17. does hereby release the lien of said mortgages as to that certain real estate situated in Story County, Iowa, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW'A) of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/a) of Section 11, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., Story County, Iowa; thence West 147.25 feet; thence South 34.05 feet; thence South 14*56' West 165.0 feet along the Easterly railroad right of way line of the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company; thence South 75*04' East 190.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 83*26' East 147.0 feet; thence South 14°56' West 165.0 feet; thence North 75*04' West 136.77 feet; thence North 14°56' East 111.12 feet to the point of beginning. (Tract contains 0.43 acres.)
