KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS :
That E. Kent Cooper and Joan E. Cooper, husband and wife,
G. Kevin Cooper and Wendie S . Cooper, husband and wife, and Bob
Erickson, Inc. , now known as The Erickson Corporation do hereby
acknowledge and declare that the platting of the following
described real estate, situated in the City of Ames, Iowa,
to-wit:

into lots, as shown by the attached plat, to be known as COOPER' S
SECOND SUBDIVISION OF AMES , IOWA, and the dedication to the
public of all lands within the plat designated for streets,
easements and public ways , is with their free consent and in
accordance with their desires and wishes.
