POTTER, Recorder By Deputy KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That we, for good and valuable consideration , grant unto the City of Ames , Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns , the easements described below: The perpetual right for utility purposes to construct, reconstruct, cover over, clean up, operate, use, maintain and repair electric lines, consisting of poles, wires, cables, conduits, fixtures, anchors and other equipment over, upon, across and under the following described real estate, situ- ated in the County of Story, State of Iowa, to-wit : 1 .
