POTTER, Recorder By Deputy KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That we, for good and valuable consideration , grant unto the City of Ames , Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns , the easements described below: The perpetual right for utility purposes to construct, reconstruct, cover over, clean up, operate, use, maintain and repair electric lines, consisting of poles, wires, cables, conduits, fixtures, anchors and other equipment over, upon, across and under the following described real estate, situ- ated in the County of Story, State of Iowa, to-wit : 1 . Over the following lot and portions of lots of Clear Creek Addition II Phase II, in the City of Ames, Iowa: a. All of Lot B, b. The West five feet of Lot 4, and C. The East five feet of Lot 5. d. " This ingress/egress easement is for use by the City of Ames employees and vehicles and for the general public and its vehicles but is not to be used by buses , other than school buses, or campers and is limited to use by the general public occurring between the hours of 7 : 30 A.M. and 5 : 30 P.M.
