RESOLUTION NO. 99-243
RESOLUTION TO ABANDON A PART OF AN EASEMENT OVER THE
WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 18 IN BROOKVIEW PLACE SUBDIVISION,
FIRST ADDITION,AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that a part of the utility
easement filed for record as Instrument No. 23817.in the Office of the Story County Recorder on
December 30, 1993, said part being described as:
The west six(6) feet of the West ten(10) feet of Lot Eighteen(18),Brookview Place
Subdivision,First Addition, Ames, Story County, Iowa
shall be and is hereby abandoned.
