This is to certify that I am an attorney at law duly admitted to
practice in the State of Iowa and located in Ames, Iowa; that
I have examined the abstract of title certified to by the Cyclone
Abstract & Title Company, Ames, Iowa, from the root of title down
to and including the 12th day of November, 1980 and dealing with
title to the following described real estate :
See attached Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof containing the correct legal description.
TITLE
Based upon my examination of the abstract, I am of the opinion that
merchantable title in fee simple and free from material objections
is in Cyclone Realty Company and Built Rite Homes, Inc. , subject
to easements of record and which real estate is to be known as
Blueridge Plat I.
EXCEPTIONS
1. It is shown that this property is subject to a mortgage
in favor of Des Moines Savings and Loan Association, recorded in
Book 162 on Page 67 and in Book 182, page 18.
2 . It is shown that this property is subject to city zoning
ordinances as "R-2" residential.
