CONSENT TO PLATTING BY THE HOLDER OF THE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That Des Moines Savings
and Loa
n Association does y g hereby acknowledge that they are the holder
of a mortgage upon the property hereinafter legally described and
that it does consent to such platting of said property by the owners
of the following described real estate situated in Story County, Iowa,
to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A
PART HEREOF CONTAINING THE CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
That the undersigned does hereby acknowledge and declare that
the subdividing of said real estate as it appears on the survey plat
attached hereto is done with the free consent and in accordance with
the desire of Des Moines Savings and Loan Association as the holder
of a mortgage upon the aforedescribed real estate to be known as
Blueridge Plat I (a replat of a part of Lot 26 Gateway Hills), Ames,
Story County, Iowa.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this instrument
this 21st day of October 1980.
