Knapp Revocable Trust, of West Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and use its ingress-egress across the following described real estate: A 60.00 feet wide easement that is centered on the following described line: Commencing as a point of reference at the northeast corner of lot 22; thence N84 '00100'1E, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence northeasterly along a curve to the right having a radius of 200.00 feet, a chord bearing of N11 `2311011E, and an arc length of 121.38 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence northeasterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 200.00 feet and an arc length of 98.60 feet to the point of terminus. all within Bloomington Heights Plat 7, City of Ames, Iowa. The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that the users of the granted right will assume liability for all damage to the hereinbefore described real estate and adjoining real estate caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted right.
