PRIVATE STORM SEWER EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned property owner
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") does hereby declare and establish a perpetual easement and
right-of-way under, over, on, through, across and within the real estate legally described as
follows, to wit:
The northerly 5.00 feet of Lot 7 and the southerly 5.00 feet of the westerly 95.00
feet of Lot 6, all in Bloomington Heights Plat 6, an Official Plat, now included in
and forming a part of the City of Ames, Iowa(hereinafter called the "Easement
Area")
for the benefit of the owners of Lot 8 in Bloomington Heights Plat 6, an Official Plat, now
included in and forming a part of the City of Ames, Iowa(hereinafter called the "Benefited
Property") for the purpose of the owners of the Benefited Property to construct, repair, replace,
and maintain a permanent storm sewer line within the Easement Area.
This Easement shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The owners of the Easement Area shall not permit any obstruction, planting or
material to be erected, planted or placed under, over, on, through, across or within
the Easement Area that would interfere with the intended use and function of the
easement established herein.
2. The owners of the Benefited Property shall restore the Easement Area after
exercising their including, but not limited to grading and replacing grass, sod or
any other ground cover(but not including any structures, trees or shrubs).
3. This Easement shall be deemed to run with the land and shall be binding on
Grantor and on Grantor's heirs, successors and assigns
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the
singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.

Revocable Trust, to me known to be the identical person named in and who executed the
foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that he, as the fiduciary, executed the instrument as the
voluntary act and deed of the person and of the fiduciary.
