KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That William C. Knapp, Trustee of the William C. Knapp Revocable
Trust, of Polk County, Iowa, do hereby acknowledge and declare that the
platting of the following described real estate, situated in Ames, Iowa,
to-wit:
A replat of Outlot B, Bloomington Heights Plat 5, City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa; all containing 14. 107 acres.
into lots and streets, as shown by the attached plat, to be known as
Bloomington Heights Plat 6, City of Ames, Iowa, is with my free consent
and in accordance with my desires and wishes. I dedicate to the public
all streets as shown on said plat.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, William C. Knapp, Trustee of the William C. Knapp
