WHEREAS , there has been submitted to the City Council of Ames ,
Iowa, . a Plat of real estate described as :
The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2 NW 1/4) of
Section Twenty-seven ( 27) , Township Eighty-four (84) North ,
Range Twenty-four (24) West of the 5th P.M. , Iowa , Except the
South 500 feet of the West 500 feet thereof , and Except
beginning at a point that is 1072 .55 feet East and 33 .0 feet
North of the West Quarter Corner of said Section 27 ; Thence
North 0 00 ' East 174 .0 feet ; thence North 90 00 ' East 248 . 72
feet to the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (SW 1/4 NW 1/4) of said Section 27 ; Thence
South 1 23 ' 30"West along said East line 174. 15 feet to the
North right-of-way line of Bloomington Road , a platted street
in the City of Ames , Iowa ; Thence West along said North
right-of-way line 245 . 29 feet to the point of beginning , and
Except beginning at a point that is 1072.55 feet East and 33 .0
feet North of the West Quarter Corner of said Section 27 , said
point being on the North right-of-way line of Bl000mington
Road ; Thence North 0 00 ' West 174.0 feet to a point ; Thence
West 157 . 4 feet to a point ; Thence South 174 .0 feet to the
North right-of-way line of said street ; Thence East along said
right-of-way line 157 . 4 feet to the point of beginning ; all
containing approximately 71 acres more or less and subject to
roads .
to be known as 151 om.&n.g1_.m,nT i��_ , City of Ames , Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the Department of Planning and Housing of the City of
Ames has recommended that the Plat be approved , and
WHEREAS , the said owners have dedicated for public use as
streets a portion of the said real estate , the location and dimensions
of which are accurately shown on the Plat , and
WHEREAS , the subdivision conforms to the comprehensive plan of
the City of Ames and conforms to Section 114A .8 , 409A. 6 and 409A. 11 of
the Code of Iowa , and conforms to the standards and conditions
established by the City of Ames , Iowa ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ames , Iowa , that the Plat of Bloomington Heights , an Official Plat

City of Ames , Iowa , be and it is hereby accepted and approved , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of the streets
within said Plat be and the same is hereby accepted for and on behalf of
the City of Ames , Iowa, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all acts and doings by the
grantors in the premises are hereby confirmed and approved by the City
Council of the City of Ames , Iowa , on this _ r _ day of

91-282 is a true and accurate copy of the said Resolution ; and that the
said Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Ames , Iowa, at a duly called meeting thereof on the — 23rdday of
