That the lots shall be used for, one family dwellings with � a minimum square footage of 1200 feet are a one story house or 1000 a square feet on tlhe around floor of a two story house bath exclusive of a garage. 2. That the residences constructed on said property ih.a.l.l be of new construction only. 3. That no trailer, ba ement, tent, shack, garage, barn_ or other outbuildings erected on any of said lots shall at any time , be used as a. residence, either termporaril1r or peniianentl.y, nor I :shall any residence-- of a temporary character be permitted . 4. Krieger, to me personally known, who, being first duly sworn, did say that they are respec- tively the President and Secretary of Bethesda Lutheran church, and that no seal. :has been procured by the said corporation and that the instravaent was signed .in behalf of the said corporation by authorization of its Board of Directors and the said Charles F.
