Box 847, Ames, IA 50010-0847; 515-232-1761 CONSENT OF MORTGAGEE TO PLATTING KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That LUTHERAN BROTHERHOOD,a Minnesota corporation,and mortgagee of that certain Mortgage made and executed by The Evangelical Lutheran Synod and Bethany Lutheran Church of Ames, Iowa, dated September 6, 1977, and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa,on September 21, 1977,in Book 135,page 630,said Mortgage having been modified and extended by an Agreement filed in said office of said county on November 2, 1987,in Book 327, page 260, and having been further modified by a second Modification and Extension Agreement filed in said office of said county on July 9, 1996, Instrument No. 96-07515,does by these presents state that the platting of the real estate hereinafter described is with its free consent and in accordance with its desires: A parcel of land located in the South Half(S 1/2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Eighty-three (83)North,Range Twenty-four(24)West of the 5th P.M.,in the City of Ames,Story County,Iowa,described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner(NE Cor.)of Lot One(1),Rolling Meadows Second Addition to Ames, Iowa, thence South 89036'08" West 181.6 Feet along the North line of Rolling Meadows Second Addition to Ames, Iowa, and Rolling Meadows First Addition to Ames, Iowa, thence North 00004'43"East 399.72 Feet to the Southwest Corner(SW Cor.) of Lot Fourteen (14) of Country Gables Seventh Addition to Ames, 99- 14 6 9 0 15) Iowa, thence North 89°35'28" East 257.55 Feet along the South line of said Country Gables Seventh Addition, thence South 29033'11" East 181.8 Feet along the Southwesterly line of Lot Five (5) in Country Gables Sixth Addition to Ames, Iowa, thence South 60126'49" West 74.41 Feet to the beginning of a curie, thence Southwesterly and Southerly 212.55 Feet along said curve having a radius of 200.24 Feet, concave to the Southeast, and a central angle of 60'49'11" and being subtended by a chord which bears South 30°03'38" West 202.72 Feet,thence South 00°12'35" East 30 Feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.33 acres; said real estate to be platted and known as BETHANY SUBDIVISION,AMES, IOWA. The undersigned does further hereby consent and join in all granted easement rights with respect to said real estate.
