KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN SYNOD, a Minnesota corporation, does
hereby covenant that it is the lawful owner of the following-described real estate situated in the City
of Ames, County of Story, State of Iowa, to-wit:
