Dear Mr. Hunziker:
At their meeting of July 11, 2000, the Ames City Council adopted Resolution No. 00-329
accepting completion of the asphalt surface paving and modifying amount of financial security for
Bentwood Subdivision, 3rd and 4th Additions. As a result, the financial security for public
improvements on file with the City for these subdivisions has been reduced to zero, and the Letters
of Credit, now released, are enclosed for your file or further forwarding to the issuer.
