NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 4 on contract with Concrete Technologies,Inc.,of Urbandale,Iowa, for the 2010/11 Collector Street Pavement Improvements (Storm Street from Hayward Avenue to Ash Avenue)be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
