RESOLUTION NO. 99-356
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
UTILITIES AND PAVING IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
BENTWOOD SUBDIVISION, 3RD ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the utilities
and paving improvements required for the Bentwood Subdivision, 3rd Addition, are hereby accepted
as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the incomplete public improvements
is hereby lessened to $22,000.
