COUNCIL ACTION FORM
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR BENTWOOD SUBDIVISION
SECOND ADDITION IN AMES, IOWA.
BACKGROUND:
The owners of the property south of Lincoln Way on ground that was formerly used as
Roger's Golf Range, have met the requirements of the City with respect to the
subdivision ordinance.
The developers have filed monetary guarantees to insure completion of the remaining
public improvements including street paving, sidewalks, and street lights.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council accept the Final Plat and
associated documents for Bentwood Subdivision, Second Addition in Ames, Iowa.
