NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 15 on contract with The Weitz Company,LLC,of Des Moines,Iowa,for the Ames Intermodal Facility be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
