Hunziker, as Trustee of the Erben A. Hunziker Revocable Trust dated July 28, 1992; and Donald M. Furman and Ruth W. Furman, as Trustees of the Donald and Ruth Furman Revocable Trust dated March 1, 1991, their successors and assigns, the perpetual easement over and across the following described real estate: SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE N, all within First Addition, Hillside Subdivision, Ames, Iowa. The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that the users of the grantees will assume liability for all damage to the hereinbefore described real estate and adjoining real estate caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted right. This easement shall allow the grantees access to the above described real estate in order to construct and maintain the gravel, all-weather road, built to City specifications, connecting the end of Wilder Boulevard of First Addition, Bentwood Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, with the south end of Thackery Avenue in College Creek Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.
