The undersigned, Hunziker Development Co. , L.C. in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant to Erben A. Hunziker, as Trustee of
the Erben A. Hunziker Revocable Trust dated July 28, 1992; and
Donald M. Furman and Ruth W. Furman, as Trustees of the Donald and
Ruth Furman Revocable Trust dated March 1, 1991, their successors
and assigns, the perpetual easement over and across the following
described real estate:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE N,
all within First Addition, Hillside Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that
the users of the grantees will assume liability for all damage to
the hereinbefore described real estate and adjoining real estate
caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted
right.
This easement shall allow the grantees access to the above
described real estate in order to construct and maintain the
gravel, all-weather road, built to City specifications, connecting
the end of Wilder Boulevard of First Addition, Bentwood
Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, with the south end of Thackery Avenue in
College Creek Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.

A permanent Roadway Easement over and across a portion of
the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4 ) of Section 7, Township 83
North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. , Ames, Story County,
Iowa is described as : Commencing at the Southwest corner of
Lot 9 in College Creek Development Fifth Addition, an
Official Plat, Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence
S000--00 ' -00"E along the West Line of the NE 1/4 of Section
7, Township 83 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P .M. , Ames,
Story County, Iowa and along the East Line of Bentwood
Subdivision First Addition, an Official Plat, Ames, Story
County, Iowa, a distance of 155 . 90 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence, Northeasterly along a 390 . 88 feet radius
curve to the left, a distance of 351 . 06 feet, said curve
having a chord bearing of N641-16 ' -15"E and a chord length
of 339 . 38 feet; Thence, N38°-32 ' -30"E, a distance of 15 . 67
feet to the Southwest Corner of Thackeray Avenue as it is
presently established; thence, N890-19 ' -52"E along the South
Line of said Thackeray Avenue, a distance of 88 . 41 feet to
the Southeast Corner of said Thackeray Avenue; thence
Southwesterly along a 688 .07 feet radius curve to the right,
a distance of 55 . 92 feet, said curve having a chord bearing
of S370-01 ' -04"W and a chord length of 55 . 92 feet; thence,
S380-32 ' -30"W, a distance of 15 . 67 feet; thence
Southwesterly along a 460 . 88 feet radius curve to the right,
