PERMANENT ROADWAY EASEMENT
The undersigned, Erben A. Hunziker, as Trustee of the Erben A.
Hunziker Revocable Trust dated July 28, 1992; and Donald M. Furman
and Ruth W. Furman, as Trustees of the Donald and Ruth Furman
Revocable Trust dated March 1, 1991, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant to the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation, its
successors and assigns, the perpetual right to use the following
described real estate as a permanent roadway easement:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE J,
all within First Addition, Bentwood Subdivision, Ames, Iowa.
The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that
the users of the granted right will assume liability for all damage
to the hereinbefore described real estate and adjoining real estate
caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the granted
right.
The owners shall construct and maintain a gravel, all-weather
road, built to City specifications, connecting the end of Wilder
Boulevard of First Addition, Bentwood Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, with
the south end of Thackery Avenue in College Creek Subdivision,
Ames, Iowa.

at the most Easterly Corner of Lot 95 in Bentwood
Subdivision First Addition, an Official plat, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence, N60°-00 ' -00"E along the Northerly Line
of Outlot "C" in said Bentwood Subdivision First Addition, a
distance of 70. 00 feet; thence, S300-00 ' -00"E, a distance of
136 . 10 feet; thence, N600-00 ' -00"E, a distance of 4.45 feet;
thence Easterly along a 450 . 35 feet radius curve to the
right, a distance of 234. 11 feet, said curve having a chord
bearing of N750-03 ' -51"E and a chord length of 231 .49 feet;
