CONSENT AND DEDICATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Erben A. Hunziker, as Trustee of the Erben A. Hunziker
Revocable Trust dated July 28, 1992; and Donald M. Furman and Ruth
W. Furman, as Trustees of the Donald and Ruth Furman Revocable
Trust dated March 1, 1991; of Story County, Iowa, do hereby
acknowledge and declare that the platting of the following
described property situated in Ames, Story County, Iowa, to-wit:
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART
HEREOF CONTAINING THE CORRECT LEGAL DESCRIPTION,
into lots and streets as shown by the attached plat to be known as
First Addition, Bentwood Subdivision, in Ames, Iowa, is with our
free consent and in accordance with our desires and wishes. That
the specifically described according to the said plat as:
First Addition, Bentwood Subdivision will be described as
Lots 1 through 95 inclusive, and including Outlots A, B,
and C, First Addition, Bentwood Subdivision, in Ames,
Iowa.
That the above named owner consents to the platting and hereby
dedicates to the public all streets, roads, drives and places as
shown on said plat.
