SCOTT E. RANDALL and JANE S. RANDALL, husband and wife, do
hereby grant unto the CITY OF AMES, IOWA, its successors and
assigns, the following easements:
SIGNS. The perpetual right for access to maintain the sign
and sign site upon, over or across the following described
portions of ASPEN BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION, TO AMES,
IOWA:
The North 20 feet of the West 20 feet of Lot One, Block One;
The North 20 of the East 20 feet of Outlot A;
The Southerly 20 feet of the Westerly 20 feet and the South
20 feet of the East 20 feet of Lot Two, Block One;
The North 20 feet of the East 20 feet of Lot Three, Block One;
The Southerly 30 feet of the West 20 feet of Outlot B.
The South 20 feet of the East 20 feet of Lot Six , Block
one
The foregoing rights are granted subject to the owner of the
lot over which the sign easement is granted shall have and retain
ownership and responsibility for maintenance and care of the signs
and shall pay the city any costs that the city may incur to
maintain the sign or sign site if the lot owner of the sign and
sign site fails to perform reasonable maintenance after notice form
the city to do so.
