SCOTT E. RANDALL and JANE S. RANDALL, husband and wife, do
hereby grant unto the CITY OF AMES, IOWA, its successors and
assigns, the following easements:
GENERAL UTILITY, WATER MAINS, AND STORM SEWERS. The perpetual
right to construct, reconstruct, maintain and use utility services,
water mains, storm sewers, equipment and apparatus upon,
underground, over or across the following described portions of
ASPEN BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION, TO AMES, IOWA:

1 Westerly 10 feet
2 West 10 feet, South 10 feet
3 Northerly 10 feet
4 Northerly 10 feet
5 North 10 feet
6 Southerly 10 feet, Easterly 10 feet,
North 5 feet
Outlot A East 150 feet of the North 5 feet,
East 320 feet of the South 5 feet,
Easterly 10 feet
The undersigned do further hereby grant to the CITY OF AMES,
IOWA, the right to permit other utility companies to construct and,
in the same manner, maintain their utility facilities, jointly or
severally, upon, underground, over or across the real estate
described above.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express condition
that the users of the granted rights will assume liability for all
damage to the real estate described herein and any adjacent real
estate caused by failure to use due care in the exercise of the
