RESOLUTION NO. 12-052
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
808 AND 1098 EAST LINCOLN WAY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 808 and 1098 East Lincoln Way, and the owner is SEICO
Investment Company(808 East Lincoln Way) and Diane Schulte (1098 East Lincoln Way); and,
WHEREAS, the real estate descriptions are: Parcel E in the NW1/4 of NW1/4, Section 12,
Township 83N,Range 24W,of the 5t'P.M.,Story County;and Parcel F in the NW 1/4 of NW 1/4,Section
12, Township 83N, Range 24W of the 5t'P.M., Story County, respectively; and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 808 and 1098 East Lincoln Way is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of February, 2012.
