FIRSTAR BANK AMES, mortgagee of a certain Mortgage
executed by ANNA MARIE ARNOLD, as mortgagor, said Mortgage being
dated May 6, 1992 , and having been filed in the office of the
Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on May 7, 1992 , in Book 452,
commencing at page 336, does by these presents consent to the
platting of the following-described real estate to-wit:
