CONSENT AND DEDICATION
Buck Construction Company, Inc., states and warrants that it is the only lawful
owner of the following described real estate:
A replat of Lot 1 of The Green Sixth Addition to Ames, Iowa, as re-
corded in Book 194, Page 160, Story County Recorder's office, in the
Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NEI/4) of Section
33, Township 84 North, Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of
Ames, Story County, Iowa, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4)
of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 33, Township 84 North,
Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County,
Iowa; thence South 89°54'20" West along the North line of said South-
west Quarter (SW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) 528.81 feet;
thence South 00°05'40" East 60.0 feet to the Northwest Corner of The
Green Fourth Addition to Ames, Iowa, and the point of beginning; thence
South 00°05'40" East along the West line of The Green Fourth Addition
130.0 feet; thence Southwesterly, along the Northwesterly line of The
Green Fourth Addition and a 151.73 foot radius curve, concave to the
Southeast, an arc distance of 92.41 feet (the long chord bears South

Northwesterly lines of The Green Third, Fourth and Fifth Additions
787.82 feet; thence Southwesterly, along the Northwesterly line of The
Green Fifth Addition and a 126.94 foot radius curve, concave to the
Southeast, an arc distance of 120.90 feet (the long chord bears South

West line of The Green Fifth Addition 338.0 feet; thence North
89°33'40" West along the boundary of The Green Fifth Addition 1.0 foot;
thence North 00°26'20" East along the West line of the Southwest Quarter
(SW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) 1075.95 feet; thence North
89°54'20" East along the South right-of-way line of 24th Street 558.85
feet; thence South 00°12'10" West along a right-of-way "jog" 27.0 feet;
thence North 89°54'20" East continuing along the South right-of-way line
of 24th Street 222.68 feet to the point of beginning.

Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 33, Township 84 North, Range 24 West of the
5th P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, bears North
00°11'00" West 1340.13 feet; thence South 89°56'00" West 1309.5 feet
from the East Quarter Corner of said Section 33.

Buck Construction Company, Inc., acknowledges and declares that the subdivid-
ing of the real estate as it appears on the survey plat is done with its free consent and in
accordance with its desire as owner and proprietor; it dedicates the street shown on the
plat to the public for its perpetual use. The name of the subdivision is Arbor on the
Green, Ames, Iowa.
