RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
UTILITIES AND ASPHALT BASE PAVING IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SUNSET RIDGE SUBDIVISION,4TH ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the utilities
and asphalt base paving improvements required for the Sunset Ridge Subdivision,4t'Addition, are
hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 13`h day of December, 2011.
