ACCEPTING PLAT
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Ames, Iowa, a plat of real estate described as:
A Replat of Lot Two (2) of Third Addition, W.G.G.C.
Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, as recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Story County, Iowa, in Book 286, page 262 ,
and a part of Tract No. 2 of the Northeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter, as recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Story County, Iowa, in Book 196, page 203 ,
all in Section 7 , Township 83 North, Range 23 West of the
Fifth P.M. , Story County, Iowa, more particularly
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Ames,
Iowa, has recommended that the plat be approved, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said real estate, Ford Street
Development Company, Erben A. Hunziker and Dean E. Hunziker, have
executed a written Consent declaring that the platting is with
their free consent and is in accordance with their desires as
proprietors, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa, that the said plat should be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ames, Iowa, that the plat of AMES COMMUNITY INDUSTRIAL PARK

SUBDIVISION, AMES, IOWA, be and it is hereby accepted and approved,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the dedication of the street
within said plat be and the same is hereby accepted for and on
behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa, and all acts of Ford Street
Development Company, Erben A. Hunziker and Dean E. Hunziker, as
grantors in the premises, are hereby confirmed and approved by the
City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 2nd day of
October 1992 .
