Contract and Waiver - Alexander/Bell Avenue Project, having been filed October 7, 1985, in Book 225 at page 281, including as a part thereof Resolution No. 85-200 (Book 225, page 287) , Resolution No. 85-201 (Book 225, page 289) , Resolution No. 85-202 (Book 225, page 292) , and Resolution No. 85-203 (Book 225, page 294) ; 2 . Final Plat of First Addition of W.G.G.C. Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, filed March 16, 1989, in Book 255, page 234 , including as a part thereof the Consent and Dedication (Book 255, page 235) , Resolution No. 89-27 (Book 255, page 240) , and Resolution No. 88-305 (Book 255, page 248) ; 3 . Resolution Dividing Two Special Assessments Between Parcels of Land pertaining to Special Assessments No. 25203 and 25192 , said Resolution having been adopted at the special meeting of the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, held on October 2 , 1992 ; having been paid in full and all liens against the aforesaid property by virtue of these foregoing listed instruments are hereby released; (references herein to filing dates and places refer to filing in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa) . The City of Ames, Iowa, does further hereby acknowledge that the following-described real estate situated in Story County, Iowa, to-wit: Lot 5, Ames Community Industrial Park Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, is hereby released from the lien of the Real Estate Mortgage executed for Ford Street Development Company, dated June 22, 1992 , and filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on June 24 , 1992 , in Book 459 at page 71, specifically reserving and retaining the mortgage lien and all mortgage rights against all the remaining property embraced in the Mortgage above described. 545 147 PAGE------�--- ,r -2- Dated August 24, 1993 .
