SUBJECT: Accepting dedication of street right of way for Ames Communi-
ty Industrial Park Subdivision.
BACKGROUND:
In order to install public sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, and
streets; the property on which these improvements are placed has to be
right of way or public easements dedicated to the City of Ames.
The developer of the Ames Community Industrial Park Subdivision has
provided the deeds and proper legal documents which transfers the re-
quired right of way to the City of Ames.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council accept the
right of way dedicated to the City of Ames by the developers of the Ames
Community Industrial Park Subdivision.
