R STORY COUNTY, IOWA a 53 FILED FOR RECORD '� I 0 `AM OCT 0 61"2 AW COVENANT FOR MAINTENANCE OF " �1a voft STORM WATER STORAGE AREA SUSANL.VAN E KAMP,R er Recording Fee$-A The City of Ames and Ford Street Development CompancegF4r.a« - -- assigns, covenant and agree that with respect to a storm water storage area easement granted to the City of Ames by Ford Street Development on land described as: All that part of Lot 4 of Ames Community Industrial Park Subdivi- sion, Ames, Iowa, lying West of a line described as follows: Commencing at the North East corner of said Lot 4, thence S 890 13' 48" West, 289.0 Feet along the North line of said Lot 4 to the point of beginning, thence in a Southerly direction to a point on the South line of said Lot 4, said point being 280.0 Feet West of the South East corner of said Lot 4. 1. The City of Ames shall maintain the said area free of siltation and other debris washed in by storm water as needed to assure the site's contin- ued utility as a storm water storage area. 2. Ford Street, its successors and assigns, shall allow the City access to the aforesaid site for performance of the maintenance referred to in para- graph 1 above at such times as the City of Ames shall deem appropriate. 3. Ford Street Development, its successors and assigns, shall mow the vegetation on said site whenever the balance of said Lot 4 is mowed, but in no case less often than once each calendar year.
