AFFIDAVIT OF SURVEYOR
STATE OF IOWA, COUNTY OF STORY, SS:
1, ROBERT L. STUMBO, Jr., the undersigned affiant, a registered land surveyor
under the laws of the State of Iowa(#6586), on oath or affirmation state as follows:
1. I make this affidavit from my personal knowledge for the purpose of es-
tablishing of record certain facts known to me and affecting the real estate to be known as
"Ames Community Development Park, First Addition, AmesStory County, Iowa,
and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Parcel "J" of the Southwest Fractional Quarter of the Northwest Fractional
Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Fractional
Quarter, all in Section 7, Township 83 North, Range 23 West of the 5th
P.M., Ames, Story County, Iowa, as shown on the "Plat of Survey" filed in
the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on March 2, 1998, and
recorded as Instrument No. 98-02446 and filed in C & FN Book 15 at
Page 123;
and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Center of
said Section 7; thence S88°48'15"W, 413.92 feet along the South Line of
the Northwest Fractional Quarter of said Section 7 to the point of begin-
ning; thence continuing S88°48'15"W, 1628.92 feet to the Southwest Cor-
ner of the East 22 Acres of the Southwest Fractional Quarter of the
Northwest Fractional Quarter of said Section 7; thence N00°14'42"W,
1317.08 feet to the Northwest Corner of said East 22 Acres and the South
Line of the Ames Community Industrial Park Subdivision, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence N89°16'02"E, 754.41 feet along said South Line to
the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Fractional Quarter of the Northwest
Fractional Quarter of said Section 7; thence along said South Line
N88-55'34"E , 877.82 feet to the West right of way line of Interstate
Highway #35; thence along said West right of way line S00031'59"E,
584.36 feet; thence S02°19'46"W, 200.25 feet; thence S00°31'59"E,
524.78 feet to the point of beginning.

2. The real estate described in the preceding paragraph lies completely within
the boundaries of the following described real estate, to-wit:
The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Fractional Quarter lying West of
the Interstate Highway Right-of-way; and the East 22 acres of the South-
west Fractional Quarter of said Northwest Fractional Quarter, all in Sec-
tion 7, Township 83 North, Range 23 West of the 5th P.M., Story County,
Iowa.
