CONSENT AND DEDICATION
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That the undersigned,
FORD STREET DEVELOPMENT CO., L.C., an Iowa Limited Liability Company, is the
sole, lawful owner of the real property located in Story County, Iowa, and legally de-
scribed as follows:
Parcel "J" of the Southwest Fractional Quarter of the Northwest Fractional
Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Fractional
Quarter, all in Section 7, Township 83 North, Range 23 West of the 5th
P.M., Ames, Story County, Iowa, as shown on the "Plat of Survey" filed in
the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on March 2, 1998, and
recorded as Instrument No. 98-02446 and filed in C & FN Book 15 at
Page 123;
and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Center of
said Section 7; thence S88°48'15"W, 413.92 feet along the South Line of
the Northwest Fractional Quarter of said Section 7 to the point of begin-
ning; thence continuing S88°48'15"W, 1628.92 feet to the Southwest Cor-
ner of the East 22 Acres of the Southwest Fractional Quarter of the
Northwest Fractional Quarter of said Section 7; thence N00°14'42"W,
1317.08 feet to the Northwest Corner of said East 22 Acres and the South
Line of the Ames Community Industrial Park Subdivision, Ames, Story
County, Iowa; thence N89°16'02"E, 754.41 feet along said South Line to
the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Fractional Quarter of the Northwest
Fractional Quarter of said Section 7; thence along said South Line
N88055'34"E , 877.82 feet to the West right of way line of Interstate
Highway 435; thence along said West right of way line S00°31'59"E,
584.36 feet; thence S02°19'46"W, 200.25 feet; thence S00°31'59"E,
524.78 feet to the point of beginning.
As owner of said real property, pursuant to section 354.11 of the Code of Iowa,
Ford Street Development Co., L.C., does hereby acknowledge and declare that the sub-
dividing of said real property as it appears on the plat attached hereto is done with its free
consent and in accordance with its desire. The plat of said real property is to be known
as:

In accordance with sections 354.11 and 354.19 of the Code of Iowa, the under-
signed hereby dedicate to the City of Ames, Iowa, and to the public all lands within the
plat that are designated for streets and which is described as:
Lot A, Ames Community Development Park, First Addition, Ames, Story
County. Iowa.
