which abstract has been continued from the original entry down to and
including the v day of � ��J , 1972, as last certified by Story
County Abstract Company. From it we find that as of the date last
mentioned title to these premises was vested in Broadmoor Enterprises,
Inc. and Phil Coy and Sons, a partnership composed of Jack Coy and
Richard Coy.
Title to the premises is subject to the general zoning ordinances
of the City of Ames and sanitary and storm sewer easements, of record,
to the City of Ames.
