CONSENT AND DEDICATION
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That the undersigned,
AIRPORT ROAD DEVELOPERS, L.C., is the sole, lawful owner of the real property
located in Story County, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
Parcel 7" in the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 83 North,
Range 24 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa,
as shown on the "Plat of Survey" filed in the office of the Recorder of
Story County, Iowa, on the 27th day of May, 1997, and recorded as in-
strument#97-05150 in Book 14 at Page 210.
As owner of said real property, pursuant to section 354.11 of the Code of Iowa,
the undersigned does hereby acknowledge and declare that the subdividing of said real
property as it appears on the plat attached hereto is done with its free consent and in ac-
cordance with its desire. The plat of said real property is to be known as:
Airport Road Subdivision, Ames, Story County,Iowa.
In accordance with sections 354.11 and 354.19 of the Code of Iowa, the under-
signed hereby dedicates to the City of Ames, Iowa, and to the public all lands within the
plat that are designated for streets (to be known as "Kitty Hawk Drive") and which public
right of way is shown on the final plat of said subdivision.
IN WITNES WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this instrument on this

On July 13, 1998, before me the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said
state, personally appeared MARVIN J. WALTER, to me personally known, who, being
by me duly sworn, did say that the person a manager of said LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANY executing the foregoing instrument; that NO SEAL has been procured by
the said limited liability company; that said instrument was signed on behalf of said lim-
ited liability company by authority of its managers and the said MARVIN J. WALTER
acknowledged the execution of said instrument to be the voluntary act and deed of said
limited liability company by it voluntarily executed.
