AFFIDAVIT RE AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE
REAL ESTATE INSTRUMENTS
STATE OF IOWA, COUNTY OF STORY, SS:
I, MARVIN J. WALTER, being under oath or affirmation, swear or affirm that the fol-
lowing statements are true:
1. That I am a manager of Airport Road Developers, L.C., an Iowa Limited Liabil-
ity Company, and have reviewed the Articles of Organization and the applicable Operating
Agreement, including all amendments thereto, of Airport Road Developers, L.C., for the purpose
of determining those persons who have the authority to execute real estate instruments on behalf
of Airport Road Developers, L.C., in connection with real estate legally described as follows:
Parcel "F" in the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 83 North, Range
24 West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Ames, Story County, Iowa, as shown on
the "Plat of Survey" filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on
the 27th day of May, 1997, and recorded as instrument#97-05150 in Book 14 at
Page 210;
to be known as Airport Road Subdivision,Ames, Story County.Iowa.
2. Based upon such review, I have determined that Marvin J. Walter as a manager
of said Limited Liability Company has full power and authority to execute instruments affecting
said real estate on behalf of Airport Road Developers, L.C.
