RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That First National Bank,
Ames, Iowa, the present owner of the mortgage hereinafter described, does hereby ac-
knowledge and certify that the mortgage given by Ford Street Development Company,
L.C., and Professional Development Group, L.C., to First National Bank, Ames, Iowa
under date of June 17, 1997, and filed in the office on the Recorder of Story County,
Iowa, on June 20, 1997, and recorded as Instrument Number 97-06218, is fully paid, sat-
isfied and discharged. First National Bank, Ames, Iowa hereby releases the lien of said
mortgage from the property described therein.
