CONSENT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That the undersigned,
Dean E. Adkins and Janice F. Adkins, husband and wife, are the sole, lawful owners of the .
real property located in Story County, Iowa, and legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Southdale Fifth Addition to Ames, Iowa.
As owners of said real property, pursuant to section 3 54.11 of the Code of Iowa,
the undersigned do hereby acknowledge and declare that the subdividing of said real prop-
erty as it appears on the plat attached hereto is done with their free consent and in accor-
dance with their desire. The plat of said real property is to be known as:
