COUNCIL ACTION FORM
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT FOR ADKIN'S PLAT 1 IN AMES,
IOWA.
BACKGROUND:
The owners of the property south of Ken Maril Road immediately east of U.S. Highway
69, have met the requirements.of the City with respect to the subdivision ordinance.
The developers have filed monetary guarantees,to insure completion of the sidewalks.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It.is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council accept the Final Plat and
associated documents for Adkin's Plat 1 in Ames, Iowa.
