RESOLUTION NO. 11-345
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
1111 DUFF AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 1111 Duff Avenue, and the owner is City of Ames (Mary Greeley
Medical Center); and,
WHEREAS,the real estate description is attached hereto and made a portion hereof by this reference;
and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered by
the Planning and Housing Department with the following conditions: 1)that the official plat of survey shall not
be released for recording until the document vacating and conveying the rights-of-way has been recorded;and,
WHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the Department's
preliminary decision.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that the Plat
of Survey for 1111 Duff Avenue is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 12'day of July, 2011.
