RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 10"H ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,the utilities
and asphalt base paving required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above-named
Subdivision have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
lessened to $73,350.00 for the remaining work that includes street surface paving and the
Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control Bond.
ADOPTED THIS 28"'day of June, 2011.
