RESOLUTION NO. 11-312
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2721 - 2723 WEST STREET,208 HYLAND AVENUE,AND 221 SHELDON AVENUE
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.308 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the sites are located at 2721-2723 West Street,208 Hyland Avenue,and 221 Sheldon
Avenue, and the owner is Hested-Cornwell, LC; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is attached hereto and made a portion hereof by this
reference); and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions; and,
WHEREAS, the Council must render a final decision of approval if it agrees with the
Department's preliminary decision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,Iowa,that
the Plat of Survey for 2721 -2723 West Street,208 Hyland Avenue, and 221 Sheldon Avenue is hereby
approved.
