RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO PLATTING OF MARY
ADAMS SUBDIVISION OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Ames,Iowa,is the owner and proprietor of the following described
real estate:
Parcel"T"in part of Lot Three(3)and all of Lot Four(4)in the Northeast Quarter(NE 1/4)of the
Northeast Quarter(NE 1/4)of Section Twenty-seven(27),Township Eighty-four(84)North,Range Twenty-
four(24)West of the 5th P.M.,in the City of Ames, Story County,Iowa, as shown on the"Plat of Survey"
filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County,Iowa on the 21 st day of September,2004,and recorded
on Slide 219,at Page 1,as lust.No. 04-13005.
and
WHEREAS,the City desires to divide the parcel of real estate and record a subdivision plat.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Ames, Iowa, that the
plat of Mary Adams Subdivision of Ames,Iowa,is prepared with the consent and in accordance with
the desire of the owner City of Ames, and the Mayor and the Clerk are authorized and directed to
prepare a Consent to Platting to be attached to the subdivision plat as required by Iowa Code section
354.11(1).
