NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order Nos. 1, 2, and 3 on contract with Sunram Construction, Inc., of Corchrane, Minnesota, for the 2008/10 Storm Sewer Outlet Erosion Control Program (College Creek) be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
