RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR AIRPORT
BUSINESS PARK SUBDIVISION AND APPROVING
AGREEMENT AND BOND FOR COMPLETION OF PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa that:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Municipal Engineer that the following
public improvements required for approval of the final plat of AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK Subdivision
have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with approved construction plans,the City Council
accepts as satisfactory and complete: asphalt base paving and utilities
Section Two. An Improvement Agreements, secured by a Letter of Credit in the amount of
$ 15,000 °O is hereby authorized with respect to the following public improvements required for
approval of the final plat of the aforesaid subdivision: AIRPORT BUSINESS PARK.
