RESOLUTION APPROVING CORRECTED RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND
EASEMENT AT 420 EAST 7TH STREET,
AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, a certain right of way permit and easement at 420 East 71h Street, Ames, Iowa, filed
January 2, 1997,as instrument number 97-00081 in the office of the Story County Recorder has been
found to contain an error in the legal description; and
WHEREAS, the owner of that property, Eastwood of Ames, Inc., has agreed to grant a new and
corrected easement to the City of Ames;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, that a
corrected right of way permit and easements for a water main at 420 East 7d'Street,Parcel Number
09-02-426-000, by Eastwood of Ames, Inc., its successors and assigns, shall be and is hereby
approved and accepted.
