RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO URBAN REVITALIZATION TAX ABATEMENT
AND SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL TO AMEND
CAMPUSTOWN URBAN REVITALIZATION PLAN WITH RESPECT TO 116-120
WELCH AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Ames, Iowa, directing staff to
prepare amendments to the Campustown Urban Revitalization Plan; setting February 24, 2009, as
the date of public hearing for approval of the amendments; and, deferring consideration of prior
approval of tax abatement until after action on the amendments and a complete application for prior
approval of tax abatement is received, all with respect to the site at 116-120 Welch Avenue.
ADOPTED THIS 1 oth day of February, 2009.
