RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF RESTROOM AT
ADA HAYDEN HERITAGE PARK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, Snyder&Associates has filed a certificate of completion for the Construction
of a Restroom at Ada Hayden Heritage Park for the City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance with a
contract dated April 8, 2008, by and between the City of Ames, Iowa, and R. H. Grabau
Construction, Inc., of Boone, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the Construction of a Restroom at Ada Hayden Heritage
Park has been fully completed by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the
contract and is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $121,732.00.
Section 3. The amount due R. H. Grabau Construction, Inc., of Boone, Iowa, is hereby
ordered paid as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
