RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
WAL-MART SUBDIVISION, 1ST ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department, the
utilities,traffic improvements,and PCC paving required as a condition for approval of the Final Plat
of the Wal-Mart Subdivision, Ft Addition, have been completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released.
ADOPTED THIS 12`h day of August, 2008.
